We operate our online ordering system using ZingoDine, a product of Newotion IT Solutions LTD, based in Coventry, UK.

2. Terms & Conditions of Use
2.1 Acceptance of Terms
By using our website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms & Policies. If you do not accept, please do not use the site.

2.2 Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, graphics, images, logos) belongs to MOM’S KITCHEN COVENTRY or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

2.3 User Content
If you post reviews, comments, or other user content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as part of our services.  We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates our policies.

2.4 Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed online for dine in, delivery, and pickup.
Payments are securely processed via Global Payments.
Ensure all details (address, phone, etc.) are accurate when ordering.
Orders outside our delivery area are for collection only.

2.5 Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to demand, weather, or traffic. Orders below the minimum amount or outside our zone will not be delivered.

2.6 Food Allergies
If you have allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions, contact us before placing an order. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation by MOM’S KITCHEN COVENTRY
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to operational issues, technical difficulties, or item unavailability. In such cases, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds may be provided either to your original payment method or issued as a store credit (coupon) for future use, depending on the nature of the cancellation and at our discretion. Customers may express a preference, but the final refund method will be determined by our management team.

3.2 Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it by calling us directly. If cancellation occurs before food preparation begins, we will issue a refund as a store credit (coupon) for future use. Once the food has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and no refund or credit will be issued. Refund method requests will be considered, but MOM’S KITCHEN COVENTRY reserves the right to choose the appropriate method based on the stage of order processing.

3.3 Payment Gateway & Refund Timelines
We use Global Payments for all transactions. In case of errors, duplicate charges, or reversals:
First, check with your bank.
Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank’s policies.
Contact us only if unresolved after bank inquiry.

Our website is powered by ZingoDine, a food-ordering platform developed by Newotion IT Solutions LTD, UK.

ZingoDine acts as our data processor, meaning:
They store and manage your information only as per our instructions.
They do not use, sell, or share your data independently.
